How does verification actually work?
After you sign up, you upload accreditation documents, business registration, and proof of operating address. Our team reviews within 2 business days and reaches out by email if anything is missing. The verified badge is editorial: paying for a tier never guarantees verification, and verified status can be revoked if a school no longer meets the criteria.
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have not been verified yet, we refund in full. After verification, refunds are pro-rated against unused months. Sponsored placements are non-refundable once the slot is live.
What counts as a virtual school for IVSA?
Schools that deliver accredited curriculum primarily online, including hybrid models with optional in-person components. Pure exam prep and tutoring services are not eligible. We do not list institutions that issue diplomas without a recognized accreditation pathway.
Can a school be removed from the directory?
Yes. We reserve the right to remove schools for misrepresentation, accreditation lapse, or persistent unresolved complaints. Refunds for paid tiers follow the policy above.
Do paying members ever fail verification?
Yes. The verification review is independent of payment. If you fail, we work with you to address the gap or refund and remove the listing. Editorial integrity beats short-term revenue.
How do you qualify leads?
Every parent inquiry passes through an automated qualification pass that flags spam, low-intent submissions, and missing information. Qualified leads count against your tier's allotment. You can review every lead in your dashboard and dispute classifications.
How does the embassy and agent channel work?
We maintain partnerships with consular offices and licensed education agents in target markets. Alliance and Strategic schools are included in regional digests sent to these partners. Strategic schools can co-fund custom outreach campaigns.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
From your dashboard's billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current paid period so you keep what you paid for.
