What is your refund policy?
Cancel within 14 days and not yet verified - full refund. After verification - pro-rated against unused months. Sponsored placements are non-refundable once live.
What counts as a virtual school for IVSA?
Accredited curriculum delivered primarily online (including hybrid). No pure exam-prep or tutoring services. No unaccredited diploma mills.
Can a school be removed?
Yes, for misrepresentation, accreditation lapse, or unresolved complaints. Refunds follow the policy above.
Do paying members ever fail verification?
Yes. Review is independent of payment. If you fail we help fix the gap or refund and remove. Editorial integrity beats short-term revenue.
How do you qualify leads?
Automated qualification flags spam, low intent, or missing info. Qualified leads count against your tier allotment. You can dispute any lead from your dashboard.
How does the embassy and agent channel work?
Partnerships with consular offices and licensed agents. Alliance and Strategic members are included in regional digests; Strategic can co-fund custom outreach.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
From your dashboard billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades apply at the end of the paid period.
